Rate Watch is a service that allows us to deliver rates straight to your email. Just tell us the rate you’re looking for and we’ll email you when/if it becomes available. If you prefer to keep an eye on a variety of rates, sign up for daily, weekly or monthly email updates. In addition, our financial calculators let you try out different scenarios so you can be sure you’ve selected the loan product that best fits your financial wants and needs.

Real Estate Workshops
Confused about all the options? If you’re thinking about buying a new home, refinancing your current home or just interested in learning more about the home buying process, make plans to attend one of our monthly Real Estate Workshops. Free and open to the public, the workshops are held the fourth Tuesday of every month at our Stewart Drive office in Franklin from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
