Congratulations to Wendy Pulley, our Employee of the Quarter for the last quarter of 2009. Following are some of the comments from her co-workers that earned her this title:
“Wendy is a jack of all trades. She never turns anyone away. She never forgets a co-worker’s birthday and makes sure to acknowledge everyone’s special day. She never passes her job off to someone else. She takes pride in her work and always has such a pleasant and thoughtful demeanor. Wendy always takes things a step further and goes the extra mile.”
“A member once asked Wendy to pull several copies of some archived checks—and needed them within the hour. Rather than tell the member the job couldn’t be done on such short notice, Wendy located them and had them ready in less than 45 minutes. She stopped what she was doing to help this member—and did it with a smile. They don’t get much better than Wendy.”
“Wendy is a ray of sunshine in the Financial Service Department. She is always willing to help anyone who calls her office whether it is her job or not. Wendy always makes a point of going above and beyond to make people happy.”
For her efforts, Wendy has been presented with a certificate acknowledging her exceptional member service efforts, and she gets her own personal parking space for the quarter.
